Effective 5 October 2026, these terms govern access to Primula. By reading the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to respect the boundaries below.

These terms apply to the public website, editorial pages, downloads and contact routes operated for Primula. They do not replace a separate agreement that may accompany a future service. If any clause conflicts with a mandatory right under Indonesian law, that right continues and the remaining clauses remain in effect.

1. Editorial purpose

Primula publishes general educational material about adult athletic development. Content is not a personal training prescription, diagnosis or emergency service.

• Articles describe general principles and examples, not an instruction to act in a particular way.
• Readers should consider their own circumstances and seek qualified advice where relevant.
• The publication may update, archive or correct material without preserving every earlier wording.

2. Reader responsibility

Readers decide whether information is relevant to them. Consult a qualified professional before changing activity when health history, symptoms or medication may matter.

Use of the site does not create a coach-client, clinician-patient or adviser relationship. A reader remains responsible for checking equipment, surroundings, local conditions and personal tolerance. Information should not be used to delay urgent care or replace instructions from a qualified professional.

3. Accuracy

We aim for careful, current writing but cannot promise every page is complete or suitable for every circumstance. Send corrections through our contact page.

Corrections are assessed against the article, source material and the date of publication. A correction may change wording, add context or clarify uncertainty rather than remove an entire article. We aim to acknowledge reports within 7 days and respond materially within 30 days.

4. Intellectual property

Text, design and original editorial arrangement belong to Primula unless otherwise stated. Short quotations may be used with attribution and a link.

Personal reading, temporary browser copies and fair quotation do not transfer ownership. Republishing a complete article, scraping contact correspondence or removing attribution is not permitted without written consent. Third-party photographs, marks and quotations remain subject to their own rights.

5. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, scrape personal correspondence, impersonate the publication or submit unlawful material. We may restrict access when necessary to protect operations.

Examples include attempting to bypass rate limits, sending malware, testing credentials without permission, harvesting addresses or using an automated process that places unreasonable load on the site. Any restriction will be proportionate where practical, and a reader may contact the desk to explain an error.

6. External links

Links are provided for context. Primula does not control or endorse every external page and is not responsible for its availability or practices.

A linked source may change after an article is published, use a different privacy policy or present information in a different jurisdiction. Readers should independently review the destination before downloading material or submitting information. We welcome reports of broken or misleading links.

7. Contact forms

Information sent through a form must be accurate enough for a response. Do not include passwords, identity documents or detailed medical records.

Messages are handled under the privacy policy and may be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful exchange. A confirmation message indicates receipt, not acceptance of any request or creation of a professional relationship. We aim to acknowledge ordinary enquiries within 7 days.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, Primula is not liable for decisions made solely from general editorial material. Nothing removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This limitation includes temporary unavailability, third-party content and differences between a general description and an individual's circumstances. It does not limit responsibility where Indonesian law does not permit limitation. Readers should use appropriate care when applying information offline.

9. Changes

The current version is dated 5 October 2026. We may revise the terms as the publication develops and will display a new effective date.

The 5 October 2026 edition records the current editorial, contact and intellectual-property boundaries. Future revisions will identify the affected section and will not silently change the date of an earlier agreement. Continued browsing after a posted revision means the updated terms govern future use to the extent allowed by law.

We aim to provide a clear response within 30 days. Indonesian law is the reference framework for operating the publication, subject to mandatory consumer and privacy protections that apply to a reader.

Use of Primula remains subject to applicable Indonesian law and to the rights of other readers. You may read, quote short passages with clear attribution, and link to an article where the link does not misrepresent its source. Republishing a complete article, scraping large portions of the archive, framing the site in a misleading way, or using the Primula name to imply endorsement requires written permission.

Contact forms are intended for editorial questions, accessibility feedback, corrections and privacy requests. They are not monitored as an emergency route and should not be used to send confidential records. We may retain correspondence for up to 24 months for continuity and up to 36 months where it documents a rights request, correction decision or dispute.

Primula may rely on hosting, email and security vendors to operate the website. Those providers may process technical information in other jurisdictions under their own contractual and legal obligations. A link to a third-party site does not make its content, availability or privacy practices part of these terms.

If you believe an article contains a material error, include the page address, the relevant passage, the reason for concern and a source where available. We normally acknowledge a report within 5 business days and aim to provide an initial review within 30 calendar days. The result may be a correction, clarification, editorial note or explanation that no change is warranted.

These terms were reviewed on 5 October 2026. Primula may update them when the site, law or editorial process changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the version that applies to future use, while rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
